Had a relaxed run last night. It was lovely. 2 friends and I ran on footpaths and chatted the whole way. It was a hot summers evening with no breeze but a perfectly bue sky. It was wonderful!
We took it really easy and talked about everything and about our days and what was happening in the office. It was a girly chat but with running. Awesome.
We even stopped at the pub halfway for a cold drink. A perfect run.
